This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence in the field and facility office (zero remote options).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred) alongside 3+ years of supervisory experience in waste management, logistics, or commercial operations. Knowledge of DOT rules and safety auditing is required.
